dear sonic: was in a hurry and couldn't snap a picture, but men with helmets were pointing and talking yesterday, and large stacks of lumber have arrived...

A slab and what appears to be plumbing pipes have appeared!

This is one of my children. He, too, is excited about the plumbing...and cannot believe I'm making him pose in front of them...
